Welcome to my modern and spacious home located next to the renowned Goodwood Estate in Chichester. With its prime location, free parking, and family-friendly atmosphere, my property is the perfect choice for your stay in this charming city. Accommodation: Spread across 1200 sq ft, my home comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and wall-mounted TV, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed and ample storage. The third bedroom is ideal for children, with a set of bunk beds. Upstairs, you'll also find a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Living Spaces: The downstairs area boasts an open-plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a gas hob, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with your loved ones. Neighbourhood information

The house is located approximately 2 miles from the city centre of Chichester and right next to the Goodwood Estate, famous for horse and motor racing. Chichester's pedestrian centre is home to boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries and The Chichester Cathedral with its unique separate bell tower. Bird watchers might spot the Peregrine Falcons nesting in the tower. We highly recommend a walk around the Walls, which takes in the Bishops Palace Gardens and some great views of the Cathedral. The Trundle (3.7 miles) is the highest point on the South Downs Way, part of the South Downs National Park, with spectacular views across Chichester Harbour and is part of the famous Goodwood Estate. West Dean Gardens (5.7 miles) on the Midhurst Road is one of the greatest restored gardens open to the public in England - wander around the grand pergola or enjoy a walk through the historic Arboretum. The Weald & Downland Living Museum, next door to West Dean Gardens showcases historic buildings, rebuilt brick by brick and set in beautiful downland countryside. West Wittering beach (10 miles) is a beautiful, sandy, blue flag beach and is in a Site of Special Scientific Interest. It is largely undeveloped retaining its natural beauty and there is plenty of parking. It is perfect for walkers, swimmers, paddle boards and kite surfers. Fishbourne Roman Palace is 4.7 miles away. It is the largest residential Roman building discovered in Britain. It is open daily from 10am - 5pm. Bosham Harbour and Saxon church are 7 miles away - there are cafes and a pretty pub both overlooking the water. Kingley Vale Nature Reserve is 5 miles away and offers a selection of walks in the South Downs. There is a yew forest, with a grove of veteran trees, which are among the oldest living things in Britain. If you hike up to the top of the hill you get some fabulous views back towards the coastline as well as Chichester and its Cathedral.
