The fine print
Please note, all guests names must be disclosed at time of booking, including children. Children's ages must also be disclosed.
Children can enjoy the swimming pool at the spa between 09:00-10:30 and 15:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00-10:30, 15:00-16.30 and 17.00-18.30 on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday.
If guests would like to bring their dogs with them during their stay, please state this in advance in the Special Requests box when booking, as rooms that allow dogs are subject to availability.
The Wernher Restaurant is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday, and for Sunday Lunch from 12.30pm - 3.00pm. The restaurant does not impose a certain a dress code, yet most guests choose smart casual or formal wear.
Children's rates include breakfast only with dinner charged accordingly.
Advanced booking is essential for guests that want to dine in either of the hotel's restaurants. The hotel can be contacted using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Guests wishing to book spa treatments, are advised to do so in advance.
Complimentary Spa Access for Residents from 3pm on day of check-in, to 11am on the day of check out. Access outside of these times will be chargeable at £30 per adult and £10 per child.
