The property has 150mb full fibre broadband. Hotel grade linen and towels included. Onsite there's a play area, crazy golf (balls and clubs free to use), pitch and putt and some of the best sunsets on the island! A short walk from Colwell Bay with its restaurants and cafes. This is a family owned property that we use frequently for our own holidays and short stays on the Isle of Wight. We love exploring and even after visiting for years we're still finding new things to do on the island.

Set on a peaceful quiet countryside holiday estate with around 200 privately owned bungalows. Perfect for families and couples, the estate has a private beach (3 mins walk from the front door), children's play park, crazy golf, pitch and putt, gym trail, football pitch and grass tennis courts. Free parking on the site including directly behind the bungalow, with EV charging (7Kw and 22Kw) available onsite via the Monta app. Colwell Bay and its beachfront cafes are 10 mins walk along the beach, and Fort Victoria is 25 mins walk through the Country Park - directly accessed from the site. There are two cafes at Fort Victoria along with some attractions and gift shop. Yarmouth (including the ferry terminal) is 5 mins drive away with some lovely pubs and restaurants, and Freshwater Village is also 5 mins away with a large Tesco, coffee shops and local amenities.
