We are situated in the highly popular Seton Sands Holiday Village near Edinburgh. Enjoy a vacation in a top quality luxury holiday home. Visit the world famous Edinburgh Castle and many other historical sites in and around Edinburgh & east coast of Scotland. All bed linen & towels provided. Central heating, Feature fireplace, Double glazing, Large TV, Fridge/freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, Patio, BBQ, Veranda, DAB radio, Bluetooth music system, PlayStation 2. Dogs welcome free of charge. We are ideally situated in a quiet part of the holiday park but only a 10 minute walk from the entertainments complex, launderette and mini market shop. Please note there is no WiFi in the caravan. Free WiFi is available in the entertainment complex. Swimming pool open from 31st August 2020. Booking required for swimming to meet demand. Games arcade has reopened also. Restaurant and bar open (tables to be booked in advance) Soft indoor play open from 14th September Golf course (9 hole) available.

Our promise to guests is that you have booked a very clean, comfortable and modern static caravan which is maintained to a high standard. We are always contactable by mobile, text and email should our guests need any help with anything in the caravan during their holiday.
The Holiday Park has just recently received major investment / improvements to the facilities and is very family orientated. The beach is directly across the road from the park. The park itself contains a swimming pool, soft play area, outdoor activities area, pool tables, table tennis, cabaret/showbar, bar restaurant, large outdoor patio area, 9 hole golf course, fishing / ponds, nature walk, games arcade, beautiful landscaped grounds, general store, launderette, plenty parking areas and very friendly helpful reception and security staff. There is a bus terminus at the entrance to the park. Local buses will take you into Edinburgh, Musselburgh and all major towns in the area. Further bus connections can be made for longer journeys. There is also the train station at Longniddry which is a only a 5 minute drive from Seton Sands. Trains take you into Edinburgh Waverley Station every hour - journey time 15 minutes. You can also get the train to North Berwick every hour - journey time 15 minutes. These times are approx. you would need to check bus & train timetables etc for details.
