All rooms are en-suite with 120cm-wide small double beds and fresh linen access to kitchen facilities and living areas with TV. Guests can make use of free WiFi access in all areas, as well as the common area, games room and pay-as-you-go laundry facility. Simple key fob entry throughout the building. Staff are on hand 24 hours a day to provide information on the building and the local area. Brae House is a great option for guests interested in architecture, history and fitness with many local runs and parks within close proximity.

A prepayment of the full amount will be taken at the time of booking and is required to secure your reservation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Please note, all beds are 120cm-wide, small double beds, as opposed to 135cm-wide standard double beds. Please note that towels are not provided. Upon arrival, guests are welcome to pick up a complimentary towel at the reception, with one towel allotted per person. For additional towel refreshes, there will be a charge of £5 per towel. Luggage storage is available prior check in and after check out at a cost of £5 per bag. Shower gel is available at reception Double rooms have access to a shared fully equipped kitchen. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No meal options available All rooms are non-smoking and there is a fine of £150 for smoking in the building. A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card.
