5 storey luxury 175m2 16th Century townhouse in the heart of medieval Saint Paul de Vence, stunningly renovated with a seamless blend of historic authenticity and luxurious Provençal modernity, and situated overlooking the ramparts giving breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Each of the 3 tranquil and generously proportioned suites gives you 35m2 of spacious Provençal luxury, with fresh French linen sheets on their super-king beds (which all can be separated into large twin singles upon request), and beautiful Zellige tiled bathrooms complete with copper or rolltop cast iron baths, and two of the suites have separate rain showers. Guests can also enjoy the well-stocked honesty bar and complementary tea & coffee while relaxing downstairs in the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room. The ground floor suite has its own private terrace with table and chairs overlooking the medieval ramparts. The house has a large cave containing hi-tech washing machine and tumble dryer and lots of storage space for bikes, etc. Parking

Situated in the heart of the medieval walled village of Saint Paul de Vence, known as the Jewel of the Riviera and once home to some of the most world-renowned names in early 20th Century art, literature and film... Picasso, Matisse, Jacques Prévert and Yves Montand to name but a few. This property is situated right next door to the house in which Jacques Prévert lived during the 1940s. Built in the 12th Century, the well-kept village is steeped with history and oozes medieval Provençal charm in every narrow cobbled street that you venture down.
