This two-room apartment located on the 2nd floor , is modern and very well equipped. Your beds (a comfortable bed in the bedroom and a leather sofa bed in the living room) are made on arrival.Towels, tea towels and basic food kit are provided.Washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. It is very well oriented (south-south-west ). All the main rooms overlook the beautiful terrace shaded in summer by huge roller blinds. In summer air-coolers are sufficient . No air conditioning. You will have a view of your car which will be parked in a private location on the same level as the building entrance. A bicycle or stroller room can be made available free of charge upon request. Another special feature: the large bed of the room consists of two twin beds in 80x200 cm, which are joined by a single large memory mattress shape maintained by an ingenious system of zippers. So I can turn it into two separate beds if you ask me. This can be very useful if it is not a couple sleeping there but rather friends or siblings or a parent and teen...
Welcome to this place that I love, CLOSE to all commodiates. I love this welcome and interview activity and I will listen to you . I will give you your keys myself, I will explain the operation of the various equipment and guide you with a plan of the city and its surroundings.
What most appeals to the residents of this apartment is the ease of access to shops, bars and restaurants and walking in the historic city. The nearby Jean Maret Municipal Swimming Pool with its lawns or you can lie down to sunbathe in a snack bar to eat. It is also the situation that allows to radiate all around without incident to visit the beautiful villages perched from Gourdon to Eze via Tourrettes sur Loup, Saint Paul and the foundation Maeght, and then Saint Jeannet, Gattières , Carros and its museum of Modern Art.
