Erinomainen aamiainen, illallinen tilauksesta....

Louise
Le Couvent is a gorgeously comfortable 200-year-old convent school with wonderful views over the tiny village and river of St Just sur Viaur, a country paradise only 30 minutes from both Albi and Rodez. There are 3 big comfortable guest rooms (one a family room), with private bathrooms and lovely views, for individuals, couples, families or small groups who want to relax, sightsee or hike. All are situated above the first floor (no lift). The delicious breakfast (included) is in the garden room/verandah and don't hesitate to order dinner or a picnic lunch. You won't regret it!
Louise, the friendly English owner, is a proficient French speaker who welcomes you to stay around the house and garden, and can make recommendations for visiting the area. If you come for the peace, quiet and privacy then don't worry, there is plenty of space to relax on your own. Two friendly and sociable dogs will give you a warm welcome and may even accompany you on walks to the river. There are also two cats and half a dozen hens around and about.
If you love history then Albi, one of France’s most attractive medieval towns, is for you. Smaller but also perfectly formed, the villages of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Sauveterre du Rouergue, Najac and Conques are well worth a visit. Get to know the real Toulouse Lautrec by visiting the family’s summer home just 10 minute’s drive away. Like modern art? Then a visit to the Soulages Art Gallery in Rodez is a must. Walkers adore this area with its varied countryside, wonderful wildlife, fabulous views and historic interest. Stay around St Just and walk uphill and down dale following the excellent signposting of easy, moderate or more challenging walks. Paddle in the lovely Viaur river spotting Kingfishers and listening to the Golden Orioles. In season, go foraging for Cepe, Girolle, Morel mushrooms or pick wild asparagus, blackberries, apples and cherries.
