Cocoonr agency is offering for rent this beautiful 25 m² flat that can accommodate up to 4 travellers with a view of the port. Located on the 2ᵉ floor of a condominium on the marina, you will find a cabin bedroom, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a terrace overlooking the port. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on arrival. Wifi included. The accommodation comprises - A lounge area with 2 sofa beds, TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC Outside area : - A terrace with outdoor furniture, overlooking the port To access your accommodation, you can choose between : Autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 450m from the station, a 30-minute walk from the flat or 5 minutes by car from the bus stop closest to the Keycafé “Sécurité Sociale”, lines 1 and 8 (this bus serves the “Solidor” stop closest to the flat). A physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat and hand over the keys. Other remarks : - Bed linen and bath towels are provided in the rental price and the beds will be ready on your arrival! - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Free Wifi available - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
