This house, lovingly renovated in 2023, offers a unique, unobstructed view of the bay of Cavalaire and is an absolute oasis of peace in the summer months, when the French Riviera likes to be very crowded. The beautiful garden invites you to daydream, barbecue, read and relax. In only 5 minutes by car you can reach the beach in Cavalaire, alternatively you can take the free bus, the bus stop is only 2 minutes walk FROM the house. The 10x20 m pool and the two tennis courts are private and are only used by the owners/tenants of the "Domaine Résidence les Colières". It is also an ideal location for mountain biking and hiking, as you have easy access to the backwoods and undeveloped hills of the Côte d'Azur. This house offers something for everyone and is the perfect base for a relaxing vacation. The open plan living and dining area of our house is fully equipped and very bright due to the floor to ceiling windows. The windows can be fully slid open and lowered to let the wonderful air of the French Riviera into the house. The dining room table seats 4-6 and can be expanded to seat 10. Both bedrooms (1 bedroom with loggia and beautiful views of the Gulf of Cavalaire), each with its own daylight bathroom with toilet and window, are equipped with 180x200cm beds. In addition, there is a large pull-out couch in the salon like an extra toilet in the living and dining area.
We have completely renovated the house at the beginning of 2023 and furnished with love, because we ourselves spend a lot of time here outside the high season in summer. Basically, the house is designed for 4 people, should they be more than 4 people, you are welcome to make a booking request, we would then decide individually. Please contact us at any time if you have questions or need help.
Most of the neighbors are owners and live here all year round, accordingly it is very quiet, not very touristy and therefore very authentic. It is best to rent a car in France, as public transport is not so well developed. There is a bus in the summer months, the bus stop is about 100 meters away, which connects the beach of Cavalaire and the city with the house well. From below there are also buses to the surrounding communities or even a ferry that goes to St Tropez, for example.
