We are passionate about Chamonix and outdoor life and sports. We started our first chalet in Chamonix (chalet Tissieres) in 2004 and built chalet RUBICON in 2015. We love the seasons and love introducing people to this wonderful corner of the world.

Property information

Chalet Rubicon is a true rarity in the Chamonix Valley. Designed with flexibility for the discerning skier, Chalet Rubicon can be rented as a self-catered or catered chalet. It has over 300 M2 of living space where open plan living is integrated with private stunning views of the piste and the Chamonix valley. The property offers lots of light open space, different seating areas. It has underfloor heating throughout, an open fire place in the living room. There is WIFI throughout, Netflix, a selection of children's toys, DVDs, board games and a SONOS sound system. The chalet has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The beds are zip & link offering flexible bed configurations (either 15 single beds or 6 double beds and 5 single beds). You can enjoy the wonderful indoor sauna with views of the mountains and there is an outdoor jaccuzi. A bakery and several restaurants are located just around the corner. The Bellevue ski lift is just 50 meters from the chalet and you can ski back tot the chalet. We have plenty of private parking around the chalet.

Why Chalet Rubicon? Fantastic private location at the foot of the Kandahar piste in Les Houches, Chamonix. 50m walk from two of the main access lifts to the Les Houches ski area. Ski back to the chalet. Indoor sauna and outdoor hot tub. All essential amenities are within a minutes walk. Bars, restaurants, patisserie, ski hire and valley shuttle busses, giving direct and easy access to all Chamonix’s ski areas. Underfloor heating throughout, WIFI, Netflix, SONOS, open fire place, modern kitchens Private parking. Geneva airport is only 1 hour away. The lovely town of Annecy is only an hour's drive. Chamonix centre is only 4 km away with its famous Aiguille du Midi. Private garden.
