Terrace of 20m2 and balconies with breathtaking views of the mountains! ★ Near the center of Morzine and Avoriaz, very quiet area! Ideal location close to the ski resorts of Morzine (Prodains Express cable car). Shops and restaurants accessible on foot at only 2 km. Fully equipped chalet. Surface area of 85m², carefully decorated ★ 2 double beds 140 x 190 cm + 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm for the youngest, for maximum comfort, with excellent quality comforters ★ A bathroom on the first floor equipped with a shower and a single basin cabinet ★ Professional hair dryer at your disposal in the bathroom cabinet, so that you can travel light ★ 1 closed garage for 1 car available + 1 open garage can be used for 1 additional car, basically used as a shelter for the owner's tools + outside parking in front of the chalet
