The apartments are located 10mn from the city center of Lyon, in the exclusive environment of the « Ile Barbe », former abbey filled with history since the 7th Century. The apartements have been fully refurbished by an architect in order to offer you the best level of confort. Parking is available on the property. To preserve the tranquility and the intimate character of our island, we do not authorize the reception of guests in the evening, other than the occupants of the accommodation, unless expressly authorized. Parties, receptions, shootings or any other use of the property outside of an accommodation service are prohibited, unless expressly authorized. A security deposit in the form of bank pre-authorization and the signature of our general conditions will be requested upon check-in. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation on which we have a presumption of non-compliance with these conditions and our general conditions. We count on you for respecting this peaceful environment and the tranquility of our neighbours The property is located on the private part of the island, behind a portal closed to the public. We kindly ask you to not disclose the access code that you will receive and to ensure, if possible, that no walkers enter behind you
