Beach and shops nearby. The residence is extremely quiet. It is recommended not to shout or speak loudly on the terrace or in common areas. Please read the instructions for both the apartment and the condominium and commit yourself by reserving the accommodation to respect them for the good of all and each. Please do not disturb the neighbours under any circumstances. Strategic location between the historic city center with its festive, commercial and cultural activities and between the sea, the famous beach of Almanarre kite surfing and the port with its festivities, restaurants and pier for the wonderful islands of Hyères. Neighbourhood information

In the Var, there is a city with 2,400 years of history. This city is Hyères, about twenty kilometers east of Toulon. Nicknamed the city with palm trees, Hyères has preserved all its charm of yesteryear. To discover it, stroll through the picturesque alleys of the old medieval town perched on the hill of Castéou. Enter through the Massillon gate, which marks the entrance to the historic centre, then walk around to see old houses with colourful facades, brightly coloured stalls or a vaulted passage under the ancient ramparts. It is on the top of the hill that is the castle of the Lords of Fos, built in the eleventh century, and around which the city has developed over time. Today in ruins, the medieval fortress offers its visitors superb views of the bay of Hyères and the massif des Maures! For a well-deserved little stop, then direction the beautiful place Massillon where you can settle down at one of its pleasant terraces of cafes or restaurants. On the religious heritage side, you will have the choice between the 12th century Saint-Blaise chapel, also called Tower of the Templars, transformed into an exhibition site, and the 13th century Saint-Louis church, both Romanesque and Gothic, which houses organs from the 19th century, a beautiful stone altarpiece, a marble Virgin and a crucified Christ of the seventeenth. The collegiate church of Saint-Paul is in the Romanesque Provençal style and dates from the 12th century. It has one of the most important collections of ex-voto in the country and is highlighted by splendid stained glass windows and altarpieces.
