Welcome to our lovingly renovated village house in a medieval setting on the edge of Lake Geneva, with a spectacular lake view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! Very close to the lake for freshwater swimming and many nice walking paths in the region. Cosy living-kitchen area, including fireplace, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 2 upstairs bedrooms, a big bathroom with shower and bathtub in the basement and a small extra WC adjacent to both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony facing the lake, equipped with 2 comfortable chairs and the possibility of drinking morning beverages or evening apéro on a small table (no full table seating for meals). 65m2 on three floors, with partially open stairways: you must be mobile! Children welcome, but not child-proof. Animals welcome on demand, with small extra cleaning fee. No parties allowed (respect for neighbours between 22h-7h). No smoking inside, but smoking allowed on the balcony. Please note there is no garden included (view on neighbour's garden from balcony).
Yvoire is a cute medieval village, rated one of the most beautiful in France, with many restaurants, ice cream parlours and souvenir shops. Regular boat connections to Nyon, Geneva and Lausanne.
