This bright 59m² duplex is located on the 1st floor with elevator. Its 20m² terrace will be your outdoor space to fully enjoy the sun. Carefully equipped for your stay: underground parking ( 2.30 meters wide, 1.80 meters high, and 5 meters deep) , reversible air conditioning, wifi, 2 bedrooms with double beds, terrace, equipped, kitchen, living room, 2 shower rooms, etc. You are 2 minutes walk from the beach and the heart of the village. This duplex accommodation will be ideal for enjoying the best of the French Riviera with family or friends.

Neighbourhood information

Calm, luxury and voluptuousness are the key words of this peninsula located next to Nice and Villefranche-sur-mer. The former fishing village became a top resort at the beginning of the last century with the arrival of wealthy foreign families. Large estates were then built there, such as the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. Many artists have also stayed there, such as Jean Cocteau who left his mark at the Villa Santo Sospir. 8 km of trails run along the coast and offer an exceptional panorama. The beaches and coves are a real call for tranquility and you can practice all the water sports there for a more sporty stay. To see: The port, the 18th century Saint-Hospice chapel and the monumental bronze Virgin, the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild and its themed gardens, the shellfish museum, the Villa Santo Sospir.
