Very nice holiday home near Arguineguín, in the 'Cercado de Espino' valley. Enjoy the beauty of the mountains. You will enjoy a very pleasant vacation in this house with a beautiful and large terrace, fenced pool, barbecue area and outdoor kitchen. Ideal for families. The house is also ideal for teleworkers and digital nomads, with high-speed Wi-Fi and common areas where you can telework, both inside the house and on the terrace. The house has 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom, with a double bed, dressing room and bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Other 2 bedrooms with two single beds and shared bathroom. The 9th and 10th person will sleep in extra beds in the rooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room. The garden is huge (2,000 m2) with fruit trees (mangoes, oranges, bananas and avocados). The pool is heated between November 1 and April 30. The rest of the year, air conditioning has an extra cost per week, but with the climate we have, it is not necessary.
You can contact us with any need. In case the guest calls and we do not answer, we will contact the guest as soon as possible.
The beautiful town of Arguineguín is a 10-minute drive away. Here you can enjoy beaches and good restaurants where you can eat fish and seafood, as well as Canarian, Italian and international cuisine. In the small town of Cercado de Espino there is a supermarket and restaurants.
