I am Fran, father of three children, industrial engineer and passionate about the sea. For work reasons we have had to travel and live in different countries, which has given us a good perspective of what a family needs to feel at home when you are abroad.

Property information

Beautiful villa by the sea located on a plot of 2500m2 in a privileged area within the municipality of Ares, between the beaches of El Raso and Sabadelle. The 230m2 villa consists of 4 large bedrooms where up to 9 adults and one child can be accommodated, one with a double bed, two triples and one double, 3 full bathrooms, 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub and 1 toilet. It has a furnished kitchen, living room, games room and a large porch with barbecue and rest area where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views that the house has. It is a fantastic option for a family or group holiday.
