فى البداية حابب أقول لكل حد بيفكر فى القدوم الى مصر أهلا بيك ، وان شاء الله اقامة سعيدة سواء ضيفا عندى او عند غيرى ... بمجرد وصولك هيكون فى انتظارك مكان اقامة أمن نظيف مُرتب ومُجهز ومُعقم ، تستطيع ان تسكن اليه ، جوه جميل بصفة عامة ، أيضا انا موجود لتسهيل اى شىء ، واقتراح اماكن الزيارات او عمل برنامج لقضاء الاجازة كاملا . مع امكانية تقديم خدمة الطعام للعائلات ، وتقديم الاطعمة المصرية بطعم خرافى وبجودة عاليه . . سواء كنت / كنتى بمفردك ، تستطيع ان تقضى اجازة رائعة ، وبأذن الله كل السُبل تكون متوفرة . ( لست مُستأجرا بل ضيفا )

موقع مكان الاقامة هو من أفضل مميزات مكان الاقامة ، كمبوند وان قطامية يجعلك على بُعد 10 دقائق من قلب التجمُع الخامس ومدينة نصر والمعادى ومصر الجديدة . تستطيع ان تجمع بين ميزتين ، العيش فى مكان هادىء وأمن على مدار الاربعة وعشرين ساعة بالاضافة الى قٌربك من كل شىء ، حتى القاهرة القديمة والتى هى على بُعد 20 دقيقة .. بالنسبة للمنطقـة ، فى داخل الكمبوند يوجد الكثير من العلامات التجارية المفيدة لتقضى احتياجاتك اليومية بكل سهولة . الى جانب توافر خدمات توصيل الطلبات من كل العلامات التجارية تقريبا الى مكان الاقامة . بالنسب لمُحبى الشواطىء والرياضات المائية ، على بُعد 60 دقيقة فقط تجد نفسك أمام شواطى البحر الاحمر ، وبالتحديد العين السخنة ، حيث ان الكمبوند على شكل مُثلث أحد أضلاعة هو الطريق المتوجة الى العين السخنه .
