I am a young Estonian guy who is interested in real estate, investing, short-term rental, cycling and photography. I like to train, compete and manage my own real estate company. Property information

Nice and comfort room in the central area of Tallinn. The old town is about 12-15 minutes walk away. Bus stop is also nearby (150m) and 3 buses can take you quickly to the city centre (~6min). Shops, parks, stadium, sports hall, tennis court, cinema, bank etc. are less than 0.9km. Cafe is 10 meters from the house. Very good connection with the Airport - tram nr. 4 goes directly from the Airport to 500m from the house (Vineeri)! Please notice that it is a homestay, not a private apartment. Contact me at least 2 hours before your arrival, since I am not all the time on-site! Thank you!

Neighbourhood information

Quiet and calm neighborhood. Green area with beautiful parks. Cafe is just in the house next-door and nearest supermarket only 300 meters walk away.
