Cocoa Cottages is a landmark in the Roseau Valley, operating as a guest house since 2004. The guest house and garden has been fully renovated in 2019.

Cocoa Cottages is located in Roseau Valley, in the middle of Dominica's gorgeous nature. The character of our rooms and common spaces is original, natural, and individual. You can enjoy a beautiful view of our garden and the valley from terraces and balconies from all our rooms and common areas. Our chef prepares fresh and delicious breakfasts and dinners, made from local organic ingredients from the farmers market, from our garden, or from our partner farmers. We offer typical Caribbean vegetarian dishes and fish. Enjoy a stay in the middle of the Rainforest, on our beautiful Nature Island!

Neighbourhood information

We are located close to all the famous places on Dominica. Trafalgar Falls, Boeri Lake, the Trail Head to Boiling Lake, Middleham Falls and the Hot Springs of Watten Waven: they are all on our doorstep. The amazing Champagne Beach, Bubble Beach, and the Top Diving, Free Diving, and Snorkeling area of Scott's Head is only a 25 minutes car ride. Roseau, the quirky capital with its shops, restaurants, bars, farmers market, fish market, banks, and supermarkets is only 5 km away. Our staff will gladly provide details and help you organize your activities.
