Little house | 40 m2. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen-living room with a sleeping couch. 45 m2 wooden terrace with grill, and VIEW OF THE LAKE and forrest. A 1200 m2* garden with flowers / huge trampolin, small playground is shared with the main house which is also located on the property. Parking is ava. on the street just outside. As of oct. 01 2024 there is possibility to charge an EV on the property against a fee. Besides that: Centrally located in the city of Hørsholm. (Distances to xx (by car/min.): - 2 to Science DTU - 5 to Rungsted Marina w/lots of restaurants and a huge public beach - 20 to Copenhagen's Town Hall Square - 20 to Kronborg Castle, Helsingør - 2 to DTU Science Park (walk - and its only 2 min away too)
Love to travel and see the world. The house owners can be contacted if help is needed or questions Please knock on the door to the mail house, or use the telephone.
