The hut by the ski lift, as the name suggests, is located in close proximity to the Modřín ski lift, which is part of the Černá hora – Pec ski area, specifically the Portášky ski resort. In addition to its amazing location for skiers, it offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. In the winter season, the hut is accessible only on skis, on foot or by taxi scooter. You can only get to the hut by car from spring to autumn. The cottage also includes the owners' apartment, which is inhabited year-round and is located on the ground floor of the cottage. It is structurally separate and separately accessible from the other side of the building than the guest entrance, so guests' privacy is never violated during their stay.
