Welcome to our Beautiful Villa in the best location of Latchi and Paphos area! This unique property has its own style and has its own swimming pool and unique private territory with a garden, terraces, a panoramic roof terrace and magnificent views! Our Modern Villa has three private bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. Each bedroom has an exit to the garden and adjacent terraces. The master bedroom has a separate dressing room. Guests have everything they need and even more, and a spacious bright living room will not leave you indifferent with the opening views of the Mediterranean! A well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances and high-level accessories, which significantly distinguishes our House from many options offered to you, and our guests are very satisfied! A spacious kitchen with a bar island is combined with a dining area. Expensive finishing materials and household appliances are used throughout the accommodation facility. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which creates even more privacy and hides it from prying eyes. A pleasant bonus is free private parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. Smoking and parties are prohibited in our House. The Villa is located within walking distance of the beautiful beach, restaurants, bars, shops and the promenade with water activities. Allow yourself to enjoy your stay in our house! There are many offers, but you still have to look for people like us! During their stay, guests will be accompanied by an Assistant and all questions can be agreed upon by phone and, if necessary, we will come to the place. Be calm during your vacation!

The location of our unique Villa is within walking distance from the sea and the marina of Latchi, a quiet and private place in the gated complex Villas, next to the beach of Yialos Beach. Polis Municipal Beach is 1.7 km from the apartment, while Minthis Hill Golf Club is 30 km away. Paphos International Airport is 50 km from the property. Allow yourself to enjoy the best!
