This modern 3-bedroom villa is located in the heart of Pernera in Protaras and is within walking distance to all beaches, shops, restaurants, and bars. Stylish and spacious, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need and is an ideal choice for families or groups looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday close to the beach. On the ground floor, the villa features a large, modern open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. The comfortable living area includes a wide-screen smart TV with satellite channels, internet access, and Netflix (guests must log in using their own account). The dining area has seating for six people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances. There is also a guest W/C on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and W/C. The second bedroom includes a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes and bedside tables. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and W/C. Outside, in the spacious garden, there is an outdoor shower, barbecue, outdoor seating area for eight people, sun loungers, a large private swimming pool, and a table tennis (ping pong) table for extra fun and entertainment.
