Protaras Holiday Villa Athamas Blue is located just a 2 minutes' walk from Malama Beach and about 1km famous Firemen's Beach. Both are Blue Flag destinations, small tranquil beaches with white sand and crystal-clear blue waters. The villa offers a large 4x8m private swimming pool, spacious garden with small children area, BBQ and luxurious garden furniture. The ground floor features a very spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, fireplace, dining area, guest WC and Shower. The first floor offers a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double room and a twin room as well as a family bathroom with a shower enclosure. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels and much more. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

Protaras Holiday Villa Athamas BLue Nefeli is located in a beachfront complex next to the picturesque Malama beach. Within 2 minutes' walk you can be at this tranquil beach with white sand and crystal clear blue water while at about 1km on the opposite direction you will find the famous Firemen's Beach and just up the road you can enjoy some of the best restaurants and bars in the area of Kapparis that stay open throughout the year and are very popular with the locals. Protaras Centre only 5km away offers many beautiful beaches including the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water sports on offer such as pedalos, scuba diving, canoeing, para-sailing, SUP and much more. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months. Within 1km radius from the villa you will find some of the best beaches in the area, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy and all amenities you would need for a great holiday.
