Pernera Beach Villa is a brand new, modern and spacious villa in small, gated development just 2 minute's walk to the Blue Flag Kalamies Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus. The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and the family shower room. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, en-suite shower and a large balcony overlooking the nearby tennis courts and partial sea-views. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed each. Pernera Beach Villa offers a large, tiled, overflow pool and a comfortable outside patio area fully equipped with a comfortable rattan sofa set, outside dinning table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night. The whole house is furnished luxuriously with a modern feel and care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.

Pernera Beach Villa is located in one of the best areas of Protaras Region, just 2 minutes' walk to the picturesque Kalamies Beach. Within a 500 metre radius, in Pernera you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more. The nearest beach is Kalamies, a white sand beach with crystal clear blue waters next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast. Central Protaras Strip and Fig Tree Bay is just 3 minutes’ drive away. Protaras-Pernera offer many beautiful beaches as well as a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life.
