I'm in the tourist industry of Cyprus for over 35 years. Since June 2015, I own the Narcissos Villas, at the moment 4 villas in and 9 holiday apartments in total. We are a small family run business, professionals and specialising in villa and apartment rentals in the area of Ayia Napa and Protaras. All our villas are located in Cavo Greco area near by Konnos beach and all our apartments (1 or 2 bedroom) in a quiet complex (Nissi 3) 400 meters next to Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa. Our aim is to provide you personal attention, clean properties with full facilities and amenities in order to enjoy your holiday with us. Our repeat guests and the high review scores make us proud for what we are offering but at the same time we never stop improving and adding more facilities and amenities for our guests. Personal attention to detail and value for money it will always be our aim and priority! Look forward to welcoming you!

Property information

Located just 5 minutes’ walk next to the best beach in Cyprus, the Nisi Beach. The baclony has a full view of the communal pool as well as children's pool. FREE parking is also available. The complex has a lift. Having a sofa bed (140 X190 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. (5th and 6th persons/s are charged extra). Please note that 1-time free cleaning service and linen change is provided for a minimum of 14 nights stay. In the price of the apartment includes electricity of 26 kWh per day which is enough for a normal use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and/or for groups of 5 and/or 6 persons, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival either as a cash or by credit card. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection and provided there will be no damages in the apartment.

The apartment is next to Nissi Beach, be the best beach in Cyprus. Within walking distance (max 5 minutes) one can find all amenities and services needed, such as bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, ATM, bank, Taxi service, shops etc. The complex is located in a quiet area off the main street. Ayia Napa center only 2 Km away. The apartment is ideally located next to hotels that are the most well-known for weddings venues, like Nissi beach hotel.
