The house benefits from one of the best filtered cold-hot water machine in the world(Strauss water machine) so that you have unlimited free cold-hot water without the need to buy and carry Water bottles. It also provide ready baby mix temperature water(37C) to prepare baby milk easily. Recently refurbished and painted insight-out area with tiled salt water pool and built-in mosaic tiled bench so that you can sit inside the pool and relax with a drink. Nice 3 bright bedrooms with one double bedroom which benefits an en-suite bathroom and all have access to balconies with sea views and pool green area view. The villa also is attached to a large green area which give extra privacy compared to similar properties.
Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighboring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area. Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun water-sports.
