Prepare to meet the best bed you ever had on a vacation!! A former gallery, the space is now a very spacious brand-new huge suite/studio with, a super-luxurious king bed with an Italian-made memory foam mattress, insulated windows, blackout blinds, brand-new silent A/C, a design kitchen, design furniture, and a large veranda. A rainshower, a 55-inch TV with Netflix, luxurious sheets and luxury towels add to the experience (iron/ironing board/hairdryer etc are also provided). The walls are adorned with art by the owner. Even luxury hotel suites are often no more than 25 square meters. Hosting the same type of amenities this unit is actually double the size, affording you great comfort!

I am Cypriot/American and I moved back to my hometown of Ayia Napa from Connecticut, USA a few years ago with my husband. I was the Digital Photographer Of The Year in 2018 and have exhibited my work in NYC, London, Paris, Austria, Barcelona and of course Cyprus. My work was featured on the cover and pages of a multitude of publications including the UK Times. This brand-new apartment used to be a gallery. Its decor reflects my art-deco style and my artistic sensibilities. As a frequent traveler myself, I understand what is needed for a comfortable stay, and I have made sure this very apartment is IT! I believe the most important thing in a rental unit while on vacation or on work abroad is sleep, so I have made sure this will be an extremely comfortable and pleasant experience!
The Suite/Studio is perfectly located! Everything you need is basically outside the property. An ATM machine is opposite your veranda, a laundromat and taxi service is next to the property, a small supermarket and scooter rentals are just outside the unit to the left, and Ayia Napa's most famous Japanese restaurant is across the street to the left! Within minutes from the location you can find yourself in the heart of Ayia Napa's nightlife (but without any of the noise!) and in less than 5 minutes you will walk on to Nissi Avenue, the central artery of the town, full of restaurants and shops. Cross Nissi Avenue towards the South, and in another 5 minutes you will be on the beach!! The property is just 870 meters from the beach!
