Deze knusse, mooie, en recent verbouwde vrijstaande woning is volledig omheind en ligt in de gezellige en lokale wijk Vredenberg. De woning beschikt over 2 slaapkamers beide met airco, 1 slaapkamer heeft een 2persoonsbed, kledingkast en de andere kamer heeft een stapelbed. De badkamer heeft een douche met warm water, toilet en wastafel. De woonkamer met open keuken is ingericht met een lounge bank, tv en een ventilator. Er is een terras zowel aan de voor- als achterzijde van de woning.
