This spacious house offers an inviting atmosphere perfect for families looking to create lasting memories in this stunning region of Costa Rica. Located just a short drive from stunning beaches, national parks, and local attractions, this home serves as an ideal base for exploring all that Guanacaste has to offer. The house features five comfortable bedrooms all of them with A/C. Outside, you'll find your own private oasis. The expansive backyard boasts a sparkling pool, ideal for cooling off on warm Guanacaste days. The designated BBQ area is perfect for hosting cookouts.
As a proud grandson, I have poured my heart and soul into renovating my grandmother's beloved house, a cherished space filled with memories that shaped my childhood.
