Brand new apartment beautifully well-furnished apartment on the 22nd floor with a breathtaking view of the city and mountains. Quiet location with 24/47 security. Minutes from the train station, local restaurants, mall, pharmacy, and markets. Accessible to transportation. Well-ventilated rooms. Private laundry room. Community gym, basketball, soccer court, and pool access. The apartment has hot water. Disclaimer: The apartment is located on the 22nd floor with a balcony. Please keep in mind that the balcony has a 4ft. half wall without any safety net for children to prevent climbing. Please use your discretion when booking with children. We are not liable for any incidents.
Away from the City noise, but accessible enough when wanting to visit the busy outside world of our Beautiful Medellin. With a convenient pharmacy, food market, restaurants, and local eats. Easy access to public transportation outside the buildings.
