Please note that children under 16 years of age cannot be accommodated at Villa Maria. Please note that Villa Maria does not accept payments via credit card. You will be contacted by the property to arrange deposit payment via bank transfer. Transfers are available to and from Rarotonga International Airport. These are charged NZD35.00 per person, each way. Please inform Villa Maria in advance if you want to use this service, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of NZD 550 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
