Kia Orana and Welcome to Cook Islands Holiday Villas. We have 4 x 4 bedroom villas, fully furnished with all the mod-cons for your home away from home. In the center of the property is a shared, unfenced, swimming pool available to all in house guests. Our villas cater for up to a maximum of 8 people in each villa - a total of 32 people for 4 villas, ideal for wedding parties, families and large groups wanting to stay together on holiday.

Neighbourhood information

We are only a 5 minutes walk to the popular Blackrock swimming hole and the ever popular Social Center swimming spot. Come August - October you will find this is the hot spot to watch the whales swim. The golf course and a few of Rarotonga's finest restaurants are only a short stroll away. We are located at the base of a gentle sloping hill which is perfect for an early morning or evening hike where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets!
