In the spirit of sharing and allowing visitors to live with a local I am renting out two comfortable private rooms for single occupancy in a recently renovated apartment in Enge, only a short walk from Zurich's city center (Paradeplatz, Bahnhofstrasse and Zürich Hauptbahnhof). “Jura” is the name of the room featured here “Alps” is the name of the other room available in a separate listing. Located on the 4th floor (out of 5) with elevator, the apartment offers: Your own private room, size 22 m2 (lock), Shared bathroom with WC (lock), Shared, fully equipped kitchen for full meal preparation and grocery storage with your own fridge Shared laundry facilities, Shared dining & living room to enjoy your meals and relax, Shared balcony to relax and unwind in summer, Views of downtown Zurich, High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, Towels and linen, Smoking and vaping on the two balconies only, Beautiful parquet flooring and large windows that fill the space with natural light. This accommodation is perfect for both business and leisure travellers. Please note: -This listing is brand new (Jan. 2025) so it comes with no reviews at time of writing. The good news: you can change this! -I live onsite and will facilitate your stay in Zurich with advice and hints as required -I offer low & non-refundable rates only -Deposit: There is a key deposit of 100 CHF to be processed preferably via Paypal as a personal payment (not goods & services) or in cash or by wire prior or on arrival. This will be refunded at the latest 7 days after check-out. *Id*: Similarly to hotels in Zurich, there is an ID requirement.
