Our lakefront house sleeps 10, but fits 30+ for an indoor celebration. Situated on 5 acres facing the Ottawa River and with a cute pond in the back and no visible neighbours. Phillips Hue color smart lighting throughout and a high bass Sonos sound system will leave party guests amazed that music so loud can be blasted until sunrise. If you prefer peace & tranquility, enjoy the views filled with cranes, deer and other wildlife and hang out on the 100ft dock (dock is shared with dock renters). Just 22mins from downtown Ottawa. Access to snowmobile trails directly from property. Fishing in back yard pond, including ice fishing. 1 double and 1 single kayaks available on the property.

Neighbouring houses are situated very far apart. Our nearest neighbour is 400 feet away and surrounded by trees, so not visible. There are no neighbours in the front, back or East side of the house.
