Your Kingston Sanctuary: Spacious and Charming Bungalow Getaway Experience the entirety of this charming bungalow during your visit to Kingston, whether for business or pleasure. Situated on a peaceful street in a family-friendly neighborhood, this pet-free and smoke-free home offers a tranquil retreat. Enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the entire space. With 3 bedrooms on the main floor (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double), along with a double sofa bed, and an additional double bed in the basement room, there's ample space for up to 10 guests. Most beds are topped with Tempur-Pedic mattress toppers for added comfort. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster oven, dining area, and cozy living room with TV, along with a full bathroom. The fully finished basement offers even more space, with an additional bedroom, ping pong table, treadmill, sofas, office area, fireplace, and toys for kids, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. The garage is not included in the rental, there's ample parking. Please contact me first if you have any pet. There is extra charge for pet. I don't have any bed for pet. You may bring your own. We don't allow any smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes within the premises. Early permission is required for late checkout. There is an extra charge for late Check-out (CAD100+tax/hour) after 11am. Minimum extra charge CAD100+tax (for less than an hour) after 11am. Please do not use any outdoor sandals/shoes in the main floor, bedrooms, bathrooms and basement floor. This is to maintain a hygienic environment inside the house. This Bungalow's driveway is secured by an exterior camera which is located near outside the living room window (Please see exterior pictures for the Camera location). It only records driveway 24 hrs and automatically delete all the data every 24hrs. Note that, this is for the security of the vehicles of guests during their stay. I earned my PhD in Environmental and Life Sciences from Trent University. I also obtained a Professional Master of Public Administration (PMPA) degree from Queen’s University. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the PMI, I boast over 12 years of experience in working at Queen’s University. Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy playing badminton, tennis, and soccer.
