I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. Having traveled extensivly in North America and Europe has given me an appreciation of the amenities and services which are needed to deliver a great customer experience. I can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian and I enjoy learning about my guests backgrounds. My other team members can speak Italian, Romanian, and Turkish. In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines. My other passion is the restoration of historical buildings. I look forward to hosting you at one of our properties and hopefully I can share my knowledge of the Niagara Region with you in order to make your experience in our city the best possible part of your vacation. If you’re looking for a fabulous Niagara Vacation Rental ,then look no further! This four bedroom home offers warm décor and provides a welcoming feel to your group or extended family gatherings. The Peaceful Palmer Ave Residence is just literally a few minutes walk to River Road and from there it is a short 10 minute walk to the Falls! Set on a pie shape lot with the ability to park 6 cars, RV's and Camplers, this home plenty of flexibility for road warriors. The home has plenty of green space and large trees for shade. The home comfortably sleeps 10 persons in a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. There is a high quality sofa bed in the living room on the main level. The home is centrally heated and central air-conditioned. All the modern comforts of home are here including a large flat screen TVs, and upgraded high speed complimentary Wi-Fi, BBQ, patio, and more. The dining area is perfect for board or card games and makes a great space to reflect on the days experiences. ENJOY A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST I personally deliver a complete breakfast each morning during your stay and it consists of juice, muffins, yogurts, fresh fruits, meat and cheese tray, and a daily fresh hot entree item. Coffee, Tea, Water, and welcome snacks are already stationed in the house.

Neighbourhood information

The rental is located in the River Road Tourist District and is a 20 minute walk to the Falls, Major Attractions, Casinos, WEGO transportation stops and Queen Victoria Park. It is just a short 10 min walk to the WEGO Stop This section of River Road (Niagara Parkway) is home to a large number of historical homes and is dominated by the B&B and Vacation Rental industry. There is no need to drive from our location and save on parking fees and hassles! Walk to the area attractions or catch the WeGo Shuttle just down the street. WEGO is the hop-on, hop-off visitor transportation system that connects all Niagara Parks locations to your hotel as well as other Niagara Falls tourism areas. Three WEGO lines all connect at the brink of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, Table Rock Centre.
