A beautiful Property located only one block from the Historic Charlottetown downtown. This property is the lower part of a duplex. You may hear steps and noises coming from the unit above from time to time. This location is premiere and is only 1 block from all restaurants, cultural and entertainment districts. Nestled in on a very quiet residential neighborhood yet close to all things that will make your Ch'town experience one to remember. *no early check-in or Late check-out on HIgh Season Recently renovated duplex located in the historic Charlottetown less than a block away from Queen St and the famous Victoria row with pubs, restaurants and cafes. The house as 2bd with ensuite bathrooms. Access is from the alley on the left of the property. You can park at the back and use the side door to access the unit. You will be provided with an access code. We are available if you need us. Perfect location in a very quiet neighbourhood in Downtown Charlottetown. Older homes and churches nearby and only a 5 minute walk to all shopping, entertainment, theater and the historic Charlottetown Waterfront. Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 2 blocks from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront. Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door. This is the lower part of a duplex. It is an historic house in Charlottetown, renovated yes, but you will still be able to hear the guest on the second floor form time to time. If you are very sensitive to noises this might not be the right place for you.
