Renting the entire second floor (private space for guests) of a house in Botafogo-RJ, with 430 square feet (40 square meters). Bedroom, living room, restroom, kitchen, barbecue grill and outside area with clothesline. Very airy and bright. Quiet condominium. Very well located, it is close to the subway station, bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, malls, squares, drugstores and hospitals. Close to the Sugar Loaf and Botafogo, Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Welcome, everyone! =============================== IMPORTANT: 1) Our check in and check out times are FLEXIBLE. They depend only on the arriving and departing guests. 2) Please, we ask that whenever you leave, turn off the lights, ceiling fans and air conditioning. =============================== Guests can use the washing machine and the barbecue grill. An extra fee of 25 reais per wash will be charged, with powdered soap included and 30 reais for the unlimited use of the barbecue grill.
