This stylish country house is part of the square farmstead “the Potaerdehoeve” which dates back to 1772. Very nice luxurious home that is very authentic and beautifully restored. With a beautiful kitchen in the house and outside, on the terrace, you can prepare cozy, culinary meals on a beautiful plancha of corten steel: ideal for a summer or winter barbecue! Are you on vacation and want to discover Brussels? Ideal from here in the green belt around Brussels, away from the hustle and bustle! Or would you rather lounge on your own terrace, cook in a beautiful kitchen, enjoy the spacious sitting area? Then make our country house your own home for a while. In or around Brussels for work? A busy job in Brussels? Irregular hours at a fair or working in a company nearby? Are you looking for a place to stay with a homely atmosphere? Then this is the place to be! Adjacent to the mansion is our farm, a modern dairy farm where milking is done with robots and the cows receive top care. You will come and have a look, won't you? Also for children it is a play paradise here: sandbox, play tower, go-garts, scooters, calves, bunnies and our pony Lotte. The location of the farmhouse is extremely quiet, on the adjacent meadows graze the cows. With its rural location, this country house is the ideal place to relax, and this close to Brussels. Unique!
Welcome to our country house on the Potaerdehoeve. We are Kathleen and Jos Van den Houte-Laureys : live and work ourselves on the Potaerdehoeve. We are dairy farmers. Together with our children : Louis, Hélène, Elise and Stéphanie, we also relax every day between our cows and calves. If you wish, we will be happy to give you a tour of our farm and tell you about the love of our profession. We would be delighted to welcome you!
