The apartment is part of a secure, gated community that has two pools, night security, and inviting landscaped gardens. The apartment holds an open plan layout, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a private balcony set up for outdoor dining and lounging. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom and leads directly onto the balcony, while the guest bedrooms have comfy double beds and share a bathroom.

It's a residential neighbourhood. Opposite a primary school which closes for summer, Christmas, and Easter holidays.
