Apartman Dada je trosoban stan (2 spavace sobe + dnevni boravak) u stambenoj zgradi. Nalazi se na prvom spratu, te do njega mozete doci stepenicama ili liftom. Zgrada posjeduje privatni parking sa video nadzorom i rampom na ulazu za koju gosti dobijaju daljinski upravljac. Zgrada je smjestena u elitnom naselju u Bijeljini u blizini kog (cca 50-100m) se nalaze mnogi privredni i trgovinski objekti (marketi, butici, picerije, kafici, pabovi, frizerski saloni, posta, manastir, crkva, javni parking...) Centar grada je udaljen svega 6-7 minuta laganog hoda jednom gradskom ulicom, te cete vrlo lako i za kratko vrijeme biti na glavnom gradskom trgu. Ovom vrstom izdavanja se bavimo od 2017. godine i svakim danom sticemo neka nova iskustva i znanja. Sa velikim brojem gostiju ostvarili smo prijateljske odnose, uvijek smo na usluzi svim gostima i spremni smo im dati odgovore na sva pitanja vezana za stan, a i za Bijeljinu i okolinu. Ono sto bismo izdvojili po cemu se isticemo je procenat gostiju koji se vracaju vise od tri puta i zele da borave u nasem apartmanu. Taj procenat iznosi vise od 80% i zahvalni smo im na tome.
