Air-conditioned throughout, this spacious home is defined by its impressive, oversized windows capturing uninterrupted views across the city. Sip your morning coffee out on the balcony or cook up a feast on the BBQ and dine alfresco. There’s an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, kitted with high-quality utensils and appliances. In the living room, relax on plush sofa seating with books, sound system and TV. Sleep easy in two queen-sized bedrooms. Both offer built-in wardrobes for your belongings, while the main bedroom benefits from a private ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks. The apartment’s second bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower, while guests will also have access to an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment comes with secure undercover parking for one car. A porta cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra cost.
