Our renovated beach house is ideally situated on a canal in the heart of Mooloolaba. Just a short stroll from Mooloolaba Beach, the Esplanade, Surf Club, the Wharf, and a variety of fantastic shops, restaurants, and cafes. This home offers direct canal access to the Mooloolah river and is the perfect blend of convenience and tranquillity. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac street, it provides a relaxed space for couples, families and friends to enjoy. This charming 3-bedroom holiday home offers a relaxed, beachy vibe with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and exposed timber beams. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a servery window that opens up to outdoor entertaining space. Additional features include reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans throughout. Sleeping Arrangements: - 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed - Built-in robes in all rooms - Ceiling fan in each bedroom There is an ensuite bathroom (incl. toilet & bath tub / shower over bath) off the master bedroom plus a brand new bathroom (incl. second toilet and washing machine) for bedrooms 2 & 3. This holiday home is located in a prime position just 850m flat walk to the beach and esplanade so you can walk to the heart of Mooloolaba in minutes. This home is positioned in a quiet street (with lovely neighbours!) and not suitable for loud parties or events. There's a park just across the road with a small playground and plenty of space for kicking a ball. Both the Mooloolaba Bowls and Surf Club are also nearby. A small shopping centre with a convenience store, baker, doctor, chemist, bottle shop and some take-away shops are just around the corner (200m away). Local attractions such as Noosa, Hinterland scenery and towns like Maleny and Montville, Eumundi markets and Australia Zoo are all only about a 30 minutes drive away. The Sunshine Coast Airport is only a 15 minute drive away. PLEASE NOTE: The home also features a self-contained one-bedroom granny flat apartment, which we own and it is permanently rented. This apartment is separated by a block wall and carport, with its own private entry and yard on the other side of the house to ensure your privacy.
