Welcome to the brand new Mermaids Reach! Mermaids reach was unfortunately devastated in Tropical Cyclone Debbie (March 2017). However 2 years later this house is back and better than ever. The owners have used this opportunity to completely renovate this absolutely stunning property. It is incredibly rare to find a house on Hamilton Island that is private, all on one level, with views, 2 x buggies and a pool- Mermaids reach ticks all these boxes. You are all alone on an acre large block of land in a stunning 4 bedroom house; with a main lounge room and a second retreat on the other side of the house where you can set the kids up to watch TV and let the parents relax. This property is a real piece of paradise, in paradise. The views have to be some of the best on the island with a balcony that wraps the whole property it really has to be experienced to be believed. There is a private pool and two golf buggies, you will truly feel like you're the only one on the whole island in this house. The local turtles often chill out in the shallow waters in front of this house; just beautiful! It is a house that has to be experienced to be believed.
