It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that lock-up parking is only available for 1 car per apartment.
Please note that the 2-bedroom apartments at Excellsior Apartments have stair access only as there is no lift in the Sailfish building.
Please note bridgeworks are being undertaken until mid 2022 on the bridge across Mayes canal at Brisbane road. Intermittent noise may be experienced. Entry to River Esp. via Foote street will not be affected.
