There is also a fantastic playground for children, picnic tables and BBQ's, great takeaway fish & chip shop and a fabulous restaurant and bar at Little Beach Boathouse where you can take in the stunning picturesque sunsets.   Wests Diggers Club is only a quick seven-minute walk away which is a child friendly club and has a great outdoor area to wine and dine or sit back and watch your favourite sports live. The unit is on the 1st floor and has glorious water views from the balcony, open plan living area with TV and DVD, fully equipped kitchen and internal laundry with a washing machine. The unit also provides a highchair for guest convenience. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the three-way bathroom has a bath and a shower, separate toilet and separate vanity area.    All you have to do is park the car in the undercover carport and walk to everything, you literally have everything at your fingertips when you stay at Villa Ellisa. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.   Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - Double Bed + Single Bed + Ceiling Fan Parking

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
