Ideal for 2 to 4 persons (1 bedroom with double-bed plus one expandable double-bed (equipped with a proper mattress) in the living room; sleeps 2 to 4 adults, possibility for extra sleeping space for 2 children in the bedroom on expandable beds, total 6 persons max., 50m2, newly built, modern style apartment) Own balcony, own equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, washing-machine+dryer and own bathroom with walk-in shower Private parking space only for the visitor (easy parking, direct access via lift to your apartment from your unique underground parking space directly opposite the lift; above average 2.4m parking spaces height – enough for most car incl. their roofbox) Located at 1500m above sea-level at Nassfeld Sonnenalpe in the heart of the magnificent Nassfeld skiing area in a newly built modern complex next to the ski slope and lake Lago di Pramollo. Nassfeld is located in the Carnic Alps (in the Carinthia region of Austria and right on the border with Italy) Many excellent hiking possibilities – from easy walks to difficult hikes. Hike destinations from the apartment include: Madritsche, Gartnerkofel, Winkelalm, Rossalm, Geotrail Passo Pramollo – Nassfeld. Popular with families - very nice “summer” bobsleigh track and other attractions for children located nearby including the Dolce Vita Weg and Aqua Trail which are particularly popular with children / families. Apartment is located right next to the Madritscher cable cart lift No. 10. which is in operation during the summer and autumn season. Ideal for touristic trips and follow-on hikes. There is also a nice children playground next to the cable cart lift. Holiday + CARD included!
